No. It was never implied in any cannon works, such as the anime, or (more truthfully) the manga.
Some people are fans of this pairing, and that's perfectly fine.
But in the official ending of the InuYasha manga, a while after Kikiyo dies, Kagome does marry InuYasha. This is explicitly stated when she calls out to Sesshomaru as he flies by with the name "Brother-in-law!".
