choji does die, along with everyone in the leaf village during the pein envasion. But they all get revived from nagato. He controls the six path of pein with his renigan, the most powerful genjutsu. Most people thought that was just the power from the gods, only they could use it. Just so you know, pein is the akatsuki leader.

Nagato's genjutsu is named Rinnegan, not Renigan -_- And the leader of the Akatsuki is Uchiha Madara, though it doesnt show early cause he's controling the Akatsuki behind Pein, and uses Pein as the leader icon. Uchiha Madara is Shown early in shippuden, but disguised as Tobi. Pein speaks and answers to Madara, he's the leader, while everyone else in Akatsuki sees Pein as the Leader because they havent seen Uchiha Madara.

Yes, Orochimaru dies. He dies in Shippuden.
When Orochimaru tries to take over Sasuke's body using his Immortal Genjutsu, Sasuke counters it with his Sharingan, sasuke said that orochimaru before my eyes, all of your jutsu are... well you get it don't you and Orochimaru is sealed within Sasuke.
During the battle against Itachi, Sasuke was pushed to having almost no chakra, so Orochimaru took over. However, Itachi strikes Orochimaru using the legendary sealing sword of totsuka, which seals anything it hits in an eternal dreamlike state.
After that, Kabuto implant some of Orochimaru's remains into himself, and those parts are trying to take over his body.

False, technically Orochimaru never dies he lives on through Kabuto and Sasuke because they absorbed him so they could gain his power. This is also stated by Kabuto when he gives the book on the Akutski to Naruto.
Yes. Orochimaru does die in the shippuden series when he was really close to having Sasuke's chakra. I f you don;t know check volumes 37-39 I think it shows it somehwere in between those three books so I might be right, but if I'm wrong you can bite my head for it or something I haven't read the series for awhile now.
Sasuke's will was far stronger than Orochimaru's, so he trapped him deep in his mind where later on in a battle against Itachi he was absorbed into the spirit sword of Itachi's ultimate shield. It also rid him of the curse makr too I think like I said I haven't read the series for awhile I'm trying to remember things.
