If it was E85,,,I don;t think it would run and the fuel system would need to be drained. If it were E10 or E15,,,it would run fine.

Run the fuel, and change your engine oil immediately after it's burned. The real risk of using E85 in a non-Flex Fuel vehicle is water contamination resulting in separation of the water/ethanol mix and gasoline. The difference with an FFV engine is that it uses soft nitride coatings on the internal components to protect against corrosion in the event of the introduction of water-contaminated E85 fuel.
