Not necessarily, because it is washable. If you color it into your scalp then it is bad, but if it's in your hair for a day or two it won't really do any harm. Usually washable markers and highlighters you can run your fingers through your hair (if you got it in your hair or if you are just coloring your hair for fun) and the marker will come out. Unless you let it dry, then you have to shampoo and condition it out.

Being washable means nothing, this person probably does not know the ingredients used , they are toxic. I got hives and got sick so did my friend
I don't think so... the pens to use with Copics are copic multiliners ball points wouldn't be the best. In fact it'd probably be really bad.
You won't get skin cancer or ink poisoning just by drawing on yourself with a marker. You're fine. The worst that can happen is a mild allergic reaction that'll make your hand sting for a bit.
Spray paints are NOT for your hair..hello it could fall out. The drug stores carry a spary for you hair in a few colors that washes out. If you can't find them there then try Sallys beauty care store.
There is either a short or loose wire. If there is a bulb, it could be going bad.

i dont think its bad for your hair cause it will washout and if u keep doing it it may wreck your hair like if u do it over and over again its probably like dyeing your hair over so many times
If you intend to dye your hair, use a proper hair dye, if you use anything else you run the risk of burning yourself or setting up a horrible skin reaction. Although the above answer gives a good reason not to answer the question as intended.....it leaves out that u can use kool aid as a temp dye.....i have done it, i have red hair and i hated it so i dyed it purple using equal parts of razzleberry and tropical punch UNSWEETENED NEVER DO SWEETENED kool aid.....i now have amazing purple hair :) You can also grab a Crayola washable marker, hair spray/gel, curling iron/hair straightener. No matter how bad this sounds, the trick is to burn it into the hair (or else it will fade). I tired it. Your hair feels stiff, but it looks REALLY cool and it works for any color you want. Just make sure it is washable...
Yes, they contain harsh chemicals that can dry out your hair, including alcohol. They may also stain.
Demi-permanent dye is not nearly as bad for your hair as permanent. Especially good on virgin hair. Certain brands will interact with bleach and other professional dyes as well. These contain metallic ions that prevent absorption in the hair shaft. Keeping your hair healthy whilst using this dye will leave the hair soft still. Some infuse shine as well.

Sun is not bad for hair, sun can lighten hair, but is not bad for it.
The fumes that come from dry erase markers are not harmful. The markers do smell very bad but they will not hurt you in no way.
well my mom at first didn`t let me get highlights. period. But i did some research and there is actually a highlight that's washable, not the one time washable but the kind that in the box in the isle where they sell the hair colour. This also stay on for 28 washes. My mom let me, and i chose the Natural Instincts brown, and i put it on last month and i still have it on my hair. I think your mom might approve because well it doesn`t stay on permentatly and no root touch ups. And its not even that bad for your hair, it uses naturual ingredients that other hair colours don't use. To get more information check out their website, but they one that's washable and permentant, so make sure to check the box. And plus depending where you live, they may not have this brand. Well hopefully you find this helpful,. Live ,dream ,eat ,sleep.
hair mousse is not bad for the hair only if you add just a spoon of it and you take care of your hair.
