will a 95 chevy k1500 transfer case hook up to a 96 chevy k1500 transmission
NO.
They did not use a Mass Air Flow Sensor on the 95 models.
on the top of the transmission its on the transfer case with 3 vacuum lines coming out of it.
It is next to the transfer case solonoid located underneath the damp control spectrometer.
11.2 quarts
1 end fits on the top of the transfer case and the other end JUST clamps onto a bracket that is on the bell housing bolt. It is JUST a vent to release pressure out of the transfer case.
It must be at the top. HIGHEST POINT so the air will come out.
on the transaxle
I assume you mean transfer case. The answer is dexron 3
I have both a 92 Chevy K2500 and a 98 k1500. The interior is exactly the same. Im not sure about the internals. But im 95% sure it will fit.
If you look on the bottom passenger side of the t-case there will be a circular sticker that tells you what model of case you have
the front diff is not engaging its not the transfer case which is manual the solenoid needs replaced
