Losing weight is often difficult because we look at the whole picture and become overwhelmed by the process of making it to the end goal. For example, replace one beverage choice per day with a glass of water, or choose carrot sticks instead of potato chips.

My weight loss journey was something I struggled with for years. I tried being more active, eating healthy, etc but everyone is different and it just didn't work for me. The idea of losing weight can be an intimidating process, especially if you compare yourself to others which in turn isn't good for your self esteem.

If you'd like to find the secret to a healthy weight loss diet, I'd recommend checking the link in my bio.

It involves consuming a high-fat, adequate-protein, and low-carbohydrate diet, which can shift the body's metabolism into a state called ketosis. This state encourages the body to burn fat for energy, potentially leading to weight loss.
