Be careful here! If it's your brother, you might want to let him off easy. After all, it could have been you who lost the bet and then he'd get to decide. Maybe you should make it a silly hat or a pin that says, "I lost a bet." Or maybe something that would be just between the two of you, say a pair of girl's underwear or something UNDER his clothes so no one else would have to know but he'd be uncomfortable all day.
