I own both the Williams and a C series Sheridan. The instructions that come with the sight show it being mounted on the right side of the "Bolt receiver" Unfortunately My Mounting plate & holes is on the left side of the "Bolt Receiver", meaning if I tried it the sight would be backwards. So I looked at the photos in the Bluebook of Airguns and there is a photo of a Benjamin model 397, S397 & 397C with a Williams sight mounted on the right side. All the photos of the Sheridan's have the mounting plate on the Left side. So I would say "No."
