It could be because you have ovarian cysts, I have PCOS and some times before my period I get cramps and when i do it puts pressure on my ovaries and the cyst that are on them. I have quite a few cysts and it causes them to rupture. Every woman Normally gets cysts every month so it could be that your feeling the ruputure of the cysts, I would go to the doctor to rule out PCOS.
