Everyone has a different voice whether they are gay or straight.
They have the mindset of a woman
I am a straight man, so take what I say with a grain of salt, however if I had to guess I’d imagine it is affected way of speech used largely to identify themselves with other members of the lgbt community. Obviously not all gay men fit stereotype, however I imagine this is where the stereotypical “gay speech patterns” come from. Much of the way we speak is tied to how we want others to perceive us, conscience or subconsciously; this is probably no different.
gay people talk in all different ways, just like straight people do.
For starters, don't call them 'a gay'. Talk to them like you would anyone else, we're not any different really, everyone likes sex a different way, we just like it with people who have the same equipment.
There is no physical reason why gay men in particular should have a high voice. Many gay men speak exactly as you would expect a straight man to speak. Some effeminate men deliberately effect a higher pitched, pseudo-female, voice but the reason why totally escapes me.
Jay is Gay
gay people do not have funny voices. This is a stereotype that continues to be spread in TV and movies.
Gay peoples voices do not change any more than straight people's voices change. All voices get a little deeper with age, but this happens regardless of sexual orientation.
This question is coming from the assumption that gay people can by categorized into neat little groups, but this is untrue. There are as many different kinds of gay people as there are different kinds of straight people.
That's like asking why people have different voices.
no it isn't is it because thay train there voices to go like that that's why some gay lads havnt got high voices yay i know something :) love you gay john ..

No. The gay men just have the female trends.
Some people have habits from when they are born or from their tracheas breathing differently.
There are gay people in every country of the world, and everyone has different beliefs.
People dislike gay people because they are different. It's a simple matter of prejudice.
Gay people have exactly the same health risks as straight people. Being gay does not give different health risks.
There is nothing that links voices to being gay.
