I think a lot of girls wonder that because guys are kind of stupid sometimes. Theyre in like competitions with their other guy friends and picking up girls is one of the ways to make them feel confident. So, a lot of times guys kinda just want to make you interested in them and play with your emotions a little bit but have no interest in a relationship.
