Cardio walking is an excellent choice because it is easier on your body than running or jogging and it is sustainable long term. Less calories in, more exercise out.
You can learn about losing weight, the healthy way, by talking with your doctor and having an exercise regemine. Diet and exercise are key when wanting to lose weight. Medications should never be the answer.
