The value of a gun largely depends on its condition and rarity. The Remington 700 is a very common gun. Also, there are several model types. The ADL did not have a floor plate to drop the unused ammo and to remove the rounds one would cycle them through the chamber to remove them. This can be dangerous to someone who is careless. The ADL's I have seen listed do not sell for as much. The BLD's are more common. New BDL's run $500 to $600 depending on stock type and other factors. I would guess an '89 is not in the catagory of classic or antique and would only be seen as a used gun. That said, in good shape with a scope it might fetch similar. I would search gunbroker.com for a similar guns to get a better idea. (I recently purchased an older Remington 700 BDL. It came with a scope and had some wear. I paid $500. I am not an expert on gun values.)
