It depends on what you want the baby to be ( boy or girl ). But if you want a boy the guy needs to be on top of the girl. It hurts alot but totally worth it if you really want a baby. On the other hand if you want a girl the woman needs to be on the top. Having a boy hurts less when you have it but it hurts to have sex trying to make a boy. Having a girl is alot of pain to have but it doesn't hurt hardly at all when you have sex trying to make a girl.
