Burnt Adobe is made by packing red sand/clay "mud" into a wooden form, allowing it to "set" removing the wooden form, drying it in the sun, then putting it into an over where the heat causes the particles to sinter together. The resulting product has an unusually high amount of empty space in its volume, and is a surprisingly effective thermal insulator/moderator. It will eventually be destroyed by water, and wicks moisture with the same result, but can be a very good building material for the SW if kept dry by design and application, and cared-for properly.

Slump Block is a concrete block manufactured to look like adobe or burnt adobe, it is stronger, heavier, more durable, and lower maintenance. Some are solid, and some have air chambers in them, but, none insulate well.

Who can carry a 10000 kilogram cement block?

That is ten tons, so I know the answer can't be 'who', but 'what'. Many large construction machines or fork trucks could carry this.

Can cement bricks and concrete bricks be used together in the same wall construction?

I think that they can, if they are both used correctly, the cement and concrete bricks can be put together in the same wall construction. :) <><><> I think you need to define some words. Concrete is made by mixing portland cement, water, and sand/crushed stone. There ARE no "cement bricks" Traditional bricks are made by mixing clay, shale, and water, and baking them in a kiln (oven) at high temperatures. And yes, regular clay brick and concrete brick/ block are frequently both used in a wall. Together.

Difference between site and block plan?

The scale foremost. While site plans are normally 1:100 (or at the same size as the building plans), block plans are usually at 1:500 or larger. A site plan "usually shows a building footprint, travelways, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, trails, lighting, and landscaping." While the block plan puts more emphasis on the position of the site.
