Clear the breech and try again.
The breech area on any gun is the area where the pellet / bullet / BB is loaded into the barrel. The bullet stays here until the trigger is pulled.
The repeating rifle, the revolver, the Gatling gun, the breech loaded cannon, the breech loaded carbine (such as the Sharps).
It's usually on the breech or the very back of the pistol.
Usually just below the loading breech.
Locations can include the breech, receiver, barrel, frame, butt.
use a .177 cleaning rod to force it back into the breech.
How do you remove the breech block on a Browning A5 16ga shot gun
Mr. James Puckle (no, did not make that up) in 1718. It was a cannon with a revolving breech. Do a computer search for "Puckle Gun" and enjoy.
More data: gun also has Bridge Gun Company on left breech plate. Would like to find original maker/company to get a replacement butt stock.
No it should not. Are you sure the air gun is a .22 caliber not a .25 caliber. Air you loading it right? Are you loading it through the breech? You are using an air gun not a real gun.
