I would say as most parents also say around 10-12 years olds DO NOT DO IT WHEN YOUR A BABY!!Some people think its good that she won't remember and that it won't hurt!It is TRUE that she probably won't remember but it is FALSE that it won't hurt as much it actually hurts MORE cause Babies skin is more sensitive .And technically the age appropriate would be around 10-12 but its up to the parents
