if you put in a "super" sized tampon and it needs to be replaced in 1/2 hour that's heavy

If you need to replace your tampon after every half an hour then it is a heavy flow. You need to meet the doctor. If you have staining issues you need to wear a good period panty that can help prevent staining.I use adira period panty and i must say that its perfect for those 5 days.Cotton and comfy. And its always recommended to wear a pad if you have a heavy flow.It is always better for proper flow of blood clots.
