I don't know how many calories are in that salad. What I do know is that if you're trying to eat less calories, go without the ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is fatty and salty. The salad may taste a little blan, but it is worth in the "game" of weight loss. If you have any other questions or comments regarding this topic, please message me on my message board. Hope this helped, happy New Year! -Thanks
Many of the "light" products to this such as light mayonnaise and light salad dressing. Using water as a filler is what causes them to have less calories.
Not eating the skin means that you are eating less calories.

It depends on how many calories they consume; if you are of a slighter build and eat less calories, you need to burn less.
Yes, but use less.
First of all subsitute "you're" with "your" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, of course... If your great grandparents are Italian, your parent is Italian, meaning you are Italian. You just become less and less Italian as it gets bred out. You will always be what your ancestors were.
It depends on how fast you want to lose those 15 pounds by. To lose one solid pound of body weight, you need to burn 3,500 more calories than you consume. For 15 pounds, that means you need to burn 52,500 more calories than you consume. Here is the breakdown of the time it would take and the calories that would need to be cut out.... (this is also assuming that you are exercising and burning a considerable number of calories, daily, too.) * 1 month = 1750 calories less daily. * 2 months = 875 calories less daily. * 3 months = 580 calories less daily. * 6 months = 290 calories less daily. * 1 year = 145 calories less daily.
it can be both..^^
