i dont always get cramps when im on my period but when i do i get them in my right thigh and i cant walk because it hers so bad i tryed all kinds of pills ive tryed midal pamprin asprin the only one that realy works is migrain meddisen but that doesnt always workso ill have a nice glass of wine or a rum and coke and ill put a heating pad on my stumick and that helps relax your muscels im lay on the couch and relax before you start your period dont eat faty foods and rite when you start take some pills and that will sometimes help you not have cramps.
