It depends what phase of the hCG diet you are in, but in general terms here is what you should eat.

Consume green vegetables and a small amount of fruits. Drink only water and you can have a small amount of tea/coffee everyday.

All meat should only be grilled or broiled. Be sure to remove any of the fat from the raw meat before you actually cook it.
