This is normal and nothing to worry about. Take aspirin, put a heating pad on your tummy and drink hot tea. The heat will stop the cramps and the aspirin will help dull the pain. ( I know all about this since I had this every month). I did find that taking the pill stopped this from happening each month, so if this becomes a monthly event think about the pill to help you.
yes you can. i am 37 weeks pregnant. for the first tree months or so i was having very painful period cramps and i always thought my period will come any moment. but according to my i was completely safe.

No. My wife had a miscarriage and she said it was just like having a very heavy period with more than normal cramps.
Normal period cramps
If you have a normal period with normal flow you are not pregnant
You are pregnant silly
The cramps and enlarged breasts are signs of period, but with nausea it is more a sign of pregnancy
This is normal. Women usually get cramps during ovulation and ovulation occurs a few weeks before your period
Bad cuz some girls Get really bad cramps that they can't even get out of bed or walk is really painful. I HATE CRAMPS>=[
Make sure you are not pregnant, especially if you are having any nausea or breast tenderness. You should probably check with your doctor.
No, not having cramps is normal and lucky. If your haveing a normal flow you aren't pregnant.
Menstruation can be painful, but not always and no one should tolerate pain thinking that it's normal. Menstrual cramps are common but not a normal part of healthy menstruation, most women can easily prevent cramps as long as there is no underlying health problem.
