What does it mean when you period is extremely heavy and having the the most painful cramps ever?

This is normal and nothing to worry about. Take aspirin, put a heating pad on your tummy and drink hot tea. The heat will stop the cramps and the aspirin will help dull the pain. ( I know all about this since I had this every month). I did find that taking the pill stopped this from happening each month, so if this becomes a monthly event think about the pill to help you.
