What does it mean when a guys wants to meet your parents?

It USUALLY means the guy is getting more serious about you because meeting the family is a big step in a relationship. It sets up an identity between the family you have been with your whole life and has shaped you and now your family can put a face on the new most important person in your life. The guy learns more about you when seeing where you come from and why you are the way you are.

It's completely normal for the guy to be nervous meeting your family, he's about to be judged and he knows it.

It's a rarely a good sign when he doesn't want YOU to meet HIS family...but that's a whole new issue lol

To me that means that he is seeing the relationship in a serious light.

maybe he wants to prove himself to your parents and show them he is right for there child.
