The main side effect is you have more money to spend on gas for the car you get to drive because it wasnt taken away from you for drunk driving so that is a positive side effect. It also causes a person to have more time and money for ALOT of other things in life that they were too hungover to enjoy Plus the biggest side effect is You wont be in jail for DUI or Public Intox while everyone else is enjoying life. I am not concerned about having A drink but this is for the full blown alcoholic.
