The gem was probably just loose. You'll just have to buy another end online or from your piercer if they sell those. It no big deal. Be sure to screw your ends on tightly in the future!
A three day old nose piercing will heal ok with a nose ring from Claire's even if the stud fell out. The curvature of the ring should make it impossible for skin to grow over the piercing. You should only be concerned about the piercing falling out as the hole will heal if it does. If you do attempt to change the piercing you should disinfect everything that will touch the wound to stop possible infection.
If you just got your ear pierced on Saturday, and its now Monday and the back of your nose ring fell off, find a saline solution and clean the nose piercing, and do not try to insert a new nose ring before your piercing is well healed.

you need to wait for it to heal 4-6 weeks i would chuckanother 2 weeks on there even though ur tongue heals quick its so painful re-piercing really bad. hope this helped
I have my tragus pierced, so, I'm guessing that if you've lost the little ball that keeps it together, you should go and buy another stud, if the hole is still open. If the actual stud fell out, the hole will probably be in the process of closing up, and as it's a new piercing, you shouldn't try and re-open the hole, but instead wait for it to close and heal for about 6 weeks, and get it re-peirced.
You should be frank and ask your boyfriend if he fell out of love with you, for you to move on.
Well the piercing needs to heal, this can take up to a year for a piercing to become seasoned (this is when you can remove the jewellery for a few hours and not have an issue putting it back in). Average heal time can vary from piercing to piercing from 4~6 weeks for some and others a lot longer. Light heals are not considered "healed" and can be damaged by removing the jewellery too soon.

Yes you can get it repierced however I would suggest a bent barbell or a navel gem this will avoid external irritation and allow the piercing to be done a bit deeper than the first time around.
Roughly the same thing as happens if you don't chew your sweetcorn :)
