Will 3 day old nose piercing heal ok with a nose ring from Claire's Stud fell out only had the hoop on hand worried about changing it again since you are to leave it alone for 6-8 weeks?

A three day old nose piercing will heal ok with a nose ring from Claire's even if the stud fell out. The curvature of the ring should make it impossible for skin to grow over the piercing. You should only be concerned about the piercing falling out as the hole will heal if it does. If you do attempt to change the piercing you should disinfect everything that will touch the wound to stop possible infection.

No You are kidding your self if you think they will do anything for free. They soaked you for the studs to start with, that's why the piercing was free. They legally can't use your studs again because the studs must be sterilized and they don't have an autoclave to sterilize the jewellery. So you will get stuck paying again for an new set of studs. Best bet go see a professional body piercer and you won't have issues at all.

Not if the bleeding has stopped. You probably irritated the raw skin by changing the piercing too early. Go back to cleaning it regularly and try not to touch it - go see your piercer if you have any concerns or you start to see pus or the flesh gets very heated and painful (and stays that way for a period of time - NOT just it got heated and painful because you've been fiddling with it!). And don't change your piercing again for at least another month! (Personally, I go with 3)
