In trying to answer the question: What is the value of a 1906 38 Smith & Wesson Special serial number V75799? All the info that I find is on the 1905 38 Smith & Wesson Police & Military Revoler.Although it dose not give the serial number, but it dose show a picture in silver color with black grip's at $395.00.You can find more info at this web page: Dixie Gun Works.com, it list's alot of info on lot's of hand guns.Hope this has been of some help to you . Good Luck.
What exactly are you trying to ask?
What do you mean by track? Some manufacturers have resources available which allows someone to find out the date of manufacture and such of a firearm they own, but that's about it. If you're trying to find out who bought a gun that you sold to a gun shop or something of that sort, nothing like that is available.
