Absolutely not, it sounds like your piercing is starting to migrate, which means they didnt get enough skin and meat and so the jewelry will slowly migrate out...If you can see the jewelry, it wont be long...Probably wont be any blood, you will be washing it in the shower and it will just come out....Best thing to do is just take it out now let it heal up at least for two weeks before trying to re-pierce....Hope this helps!

They are far more comfortable during the initial healing stages then once the piercing has a good light heal (6~8 weeks) you can change the jewellery to a "D" ring with will offer the effect of a ring with the comfort of a barbell. Research your piercer and make sure you are dealing with an experienced piercer and not a novice piercer, you won't be disappointed.
Why do your nipple rings keep coming out?
first of all, when you get a nipple piercing, make sure you are putting a straight barbell in, instead of the hoop. putting a hoop in right away usually results in Migration (meaning; the skin will reject the piercing and eventually you'll see fewer and fewer skin covering the jewelry til there just isn't any. ). Nipple piercings are straight piercings regardless of what jewellery is in the piercing when it was first done, the barbell allows the piercing to discharge and affords room for cleaning better than a ring does. Don't let anyone tell you that if the piercing is done with a curved needle the piercing is curved, that a line of BS. Once the piercing is healed you can change over to what is called a "D" ring this ring has a straight section that goes through the piercing and is by far more comfortable than a standard ring. It has the appearance of a ring but the straight segment allows the ring to be moved without twisting a curvature in the piercing like you would with a standard ring. Ultimately for day to day wear the barbell is going to be your jewelery of choice, for comfort and discretion.

Until a woman is 18, it is illegal for a shop to do a nipple piercing on her. For men it's not illegal as far as I know, but most piercing studios will not pierce someone under 16, others may refuse to do nipple piercings on a male under 18.
