NOT NECESSARILY, I DID HAVE A PULLING PAIN WHEN I WAS PREGNANT , BUT THIS WAS MORE LATER ON , THIS COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS RANGING FROM BLADDER OR ABDOMINAL PROBLEMS, ESPECIALLY IF ACCOMPANIED BY OTHER SYMPTOMS SUCH AS CONSTIPATION AND INDIGESTION
