no because it makes you want to lose all the weight you can lose and then when you think of youself as a good person and are not looking at a bunch of skinny bones and wish they were you thank 2ce because what do know about that person you do know they could have helth isuess i my saelf look at me and say no to junk food and no to every thing that is making me fat i would start running every morning and jog every once i a while and eat healthy stop looking at the skinny people and look at you self and say thank you because with out you the world would not be the same even though i dont no who you are i think you are wonderful judt the way you are

it depends. if you have alot of fat that could be bad, but its never good to be to skinny. (It is good to be skinny) also you shouldn't starve yourself or eat too much remember only eat when your actually hungry
It can be both bad and good. Too little amount of fat in your body can kill you and too much fat can cause obesity for you. So you have to pretty much not over do that amount of fat that gets put into your body but also not starve yourself from the fats as it can also kill you.
