There's no exact answer for that for a number of reasons. Mainly there is no way to say exactly how many calories you burn in a given day, also you didn't say how quickly you would like to lose the weight. There are many calorie calculators on the internet that will estimate the number of calories you burn in a day, they may or may not be accurate. You could track your food intake and determine the average number of calories you consume in a day. Once you know how many calories you normally consume in a day, subtract 500 calories for every pound per week you want to lose.
I lose about 3 pounds per week by sticking to a 2000 calorie a day diet and working out most nights of the week. I've lost about 50 pounds so far. 2000 calories is easy to stick to when you take the time to learn about caloric content of foods and make smart choices. Eating fruits and vegetables fills you up but are low in calories. I'm never hungry, but I pay attention to what I eat and I eat foods with high fiber and water content so I stay full without taking in a lot of calories.

On a recent episode of The Biggest Loser, trainer Bob said, to lose weight take your current weight and multiply it by 7, to get you daily calorie intake. He said you will have to refigure your daily calories as you lose weight, but he did not say how often to refigure, how long it will take or how much you could expect to lose. So, I think you should be eating 1,295 calories per day (185 X 7) to lose weight.
For extreme weight loss, eat 1584 calories a day of healthy non processed foods and drink lots of water. Excersise daily.
