The amount of calories consumed per day depend on how long you want to lose them for and how much you exercise. I stopped drinking any pop and chips and a lot less sugary foods and lost 9 lbs for about 2 months. Eat 2 cups of vegetables(at least) and 8-13 cups of water. Also I never go to Fast Food Restaurant(only once per month). I wish you good luck! But please watch for your health; don't fall into the hands of Anorexia Nervosa disease.
