All these miracle diets do not work. as society should focus more on the to be rather than the to look. but if you are really worried about a diet the best thing would be to have a balanced diet with lots of fruit and veg small serving of rice, or potatoes (one unit of carbs) and one unit of protein. You should exercise to burn at least 300 calories and you are sure to lose weight the healthy way, you will feel good and will keep your shape rather than gaining it back when you stop those crazy diets.
