Well the first day you stop eating, you won't really lose weight. After a while, you will, but unless you are fasting for spiritual reasons or something, I don't suggest you just DON'T eat. You won't keep it up, I promise, and in the end it won't really help you, you may just GAIN weight. So: Cut your calories/day by 500 and start exersizing for 45 minutes a day walk/jog. That oughtta do it!

It won't help you lose weight, only to make your diet healthier. Exercise does that. Raw celery is negative calories and can help you lose weight.

if you run the entire time, you could probably lose as much as half a pound. i think the temperature affects how much weight you lose though.
