You should not load up on water before taking a drug test. One of the things they test during a standard drug screening is the water concentration of the urine. If the urine is to high in water content they will mark it as needing a retest because the water can mask the levels of drugs in the system.
Word to the wise, If you are on probation or drug treatment, your PO will become suspicious if the lab results come back as "Diluted; Retest Required".
