Lunch, or pranzo.

Breakfast is usually a cup of coffee and a couple of biscuits, and lunch (or dinner) tends to be the biggest meal. Dinner is a lighter meal eaten around eight.

Pranzo tends to consist of a salad and bread as a first course, a pasta dish as a second, and one or more types of meat and a couple of vegetables for the third and main course.

At least, this is what I ate every day that I lived in Sicily. It might change region to region, but I'm pretty sure lunch is always the biggest meal.7
