it doesn't work that way. If you eat 1000 cal. and u eat 1100. u won't loose weight.

So in order to burn calories don't eat junk food for a month and go to gym 4 days a week and do cardio start slow and then work up. If u can stop your urge to eat more then u burn depending on ur metabolism you can burn 25 pounds a month.
