I'm no doctor, but as long as your kid (or you) isn't (or aren't) overweight, there really shouldn't be a limit. Let you kid eat as much as he/ she can, assuming its a well rounded diet. The average calorie consumption for adults is between 1800-2400 a day. Use your judgment, 10 year old's are constantly growing, calories give the body energy to grow. I say let your kid eat as much healthy food as he' she would like.
for a 18 year old male that exercises regularly? = as many calories as u want other wise around 2,000
in a year a president can make a few if he is wise,a little more if he is both strong and wise,a many decisions if he is wise ,strong, and have confidence that he could make the country better.........
2000 calories
about 600 calories
1800 calories :)
1,600 calories for a woman, 2,000 calories for a man.
If you drink a 12 oz can of Coca-Cola every day you would gain 14.6 pounds per year. (one can = 140 calories x 365 days = 51,100 calories / 3500 calories = 14.6 pounds)
1500 calories
about 1000 - 1100 calories
2100 calories
If you multiply the average man's daily value of calories (2,000) into a year, it goes to 730,000. So, on average, probably between 700,000 calories and 750,000 calories per year.
I would say that 1500 or 1700 would be the amount of calories needed just to function. So, 1500 with moderate exercise.
