That's a horrible thing to do. If you actually DID NOT EAT, it would take about.. 6 weeks to 2 months, but that's a terrible idea. To loose 60 pounds, you have to go on a 500-800 calorie diet for about 6 months through a year.
Good foods for a low calorie diet: Extra lean deli meat
Always whole wheat made products
Eggs
Apples, Bananas, any other fruit or vegetable
Popcorn (yes, without all the butter, its healthy)
Brown Rice
to be honest you shouldn't starve yourself. you need the nutrients which food provides, no food = your organs eventually refusing to work because they have no fuel.
