If the line is faint I would suggest redoing the test in two or three days, if it is going to be positive the line should be much more pronounced. You might also want to try another brand with a digital read out. If the line stays faintly there, see your health care provider for advice.

Pretty faint- barely visible really. That's how I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I almost didn't believe that I was pregnant because it was so faint. It also depends on what time of day you take the test, and how much you have had to drink.
