As far as I'm concerned there is no is app for that put you can make folders on your home screen put them in.
When you are moving apps, move one over another. The app behind the one you are moving will glow on the outside, let go and then you will have a folder.
First, go in your folder where your apps are stored. Then, touch an app for about 3 seconds until its wiggly. And then you can pull it out of the folder.
Accualy you can add as many home made apps made by the gaming community called homebrew,all you have to do is put custom firmware on your psp.
To transfer download iPod apps (games) onto your iPod, connect your iPod to the computer and open iTunes. Click on the Ipod sign. Then when it says update or restore go to the top of that little bar above it. It will say "summary, apps, ext.. Click on apps and mark the apps you want to put back on your Ipod. Hope that helped.
You can put all your apps in a folder to help declutter the screen.
You cannot put folders inside of folders, but now you can have pages inside folders which allows you to have as many apps as you want inside the folder.

The dock is the four apps that stay on the bottom of your screen. If you have iOS 5 or 6 on your iPhone 5 you can have 11 pages of apps. Each page can have 20 folders. That is 220 folders. Add the four folders from your dock to get 224 folders. Each folder can have 16 apps. 224 folders with 16 apps in each folder makes 3568 apps. If your iPhone 5 has iOS 7 or newer you can have 15 pages of apps. Each page can have 20 folders. That is 300 folders. Add the four folders from your dock to get 304 folders. Each folder can have 135 apps. 304 folders with 135 apps in each folder is 41040 apps.

In the settings app, there is a reset option for all the icons to reorganize them. They will be put in alphabetical order
You can have 16 folders on a page and 12 apps in a folder and 11 pages of folders and 4 folders at the bottom so about 1,980 on the home screen pages after you fill them you can have more and have to search for them

Well to make folders, you simply hold in one of your apps until it wiggles, then drag that app onto another app and a fder will automatically be made. Plus your iPhone or iPod touch will automatically name the folder based on the category of the apps you have chosen. But you can give the folder your own name too. For example you might put games that your daughter plays in one folder and name the folder "Jenna's Games", and also put apps that you might use for business presentations and call them just what your iPod or iPhone calls them. The maximum amount of apps that can be put on the iPod Touch is 180. You cannot exceed this amount. However, this cap will soon be raised to 2,160 apps with the addition of folders in the new iPhone OS 4.0 software update being released in the summer.
