a high protein diet. 20-40 grams carbohydrates daily. and EXERCISE. you will lose 2lbs or more per week depending on your metabolism. you can eat all the fish and chicken you want...even until you're stuffed. you can eat red meat but limit it...fish and chicken or turkey is best...no pork bc pork has hidden sugars in it. you may have eggs. no sugar, no bread (perhaps one slice of whole grain toast in the morning daily read the labels, Natures Own is best) no pasta no fruits (you can have 1 cup of berries daily if you just can't live without fruit for a couple weeks such as strawBERRIES, blueBERRIES, raspBERRIES etc.) no alcohol this will slow weight loss. you may have cheese and nuts in moderation but limit them as you may have a mold allegry that you are not aware of and allegries will slow or even stop weight loss as will having access yeast in your body (treat this if you want to lose weight) READ LABELS 20-40 G Carbohydrates daily.... or you could just burn more calories than you consume...this will work as well. Don't forget your daily multivitamin and it is mandatory that you drink at least 8 cups of water a day to keep yourself "regular" in the restroom...good luck.
