If you block someone, they will not be able to find you in a Facebook search, see your profile, or interact with you through Facebook channels (such as Wall posts, Poke, etc.). Any Facebook ties you currently have with a person you block will be broken (for example, friendship connections, Relationship Status, etc.). Note that blocking someone may not prevent all communications and interactions in third-party applications, and does not extend to elsewhere on the internet.
(this is straight from facbook.com under the privacy settings)
You can't. Not until they unblock you.
Yes. You can't do anything with them. Nothing.
Go on ACCOUNT...... then PRIVACY SETTINGS..... then click on BLOCK LIST and the list of people you blocked will appear then you can choose to UNBLOCK any of the people you have already blocked
you cant
They actually can, but it appears from a person with no link (i.e. name is in black) and no photo
When someone has blocked you from their Facebook, you won't be able to know if they have also deleted you.
I only know that Facebook is blocked in China
If you have blocked them, then you can't see them and they can't see you.
You sure can, then if, in the future they unblock you, you'll still have them blocked.
You can't open Facebook if its been blocked.. And if it's blocked then it was for a reason, probably because they are adding something on Facebook or someone reported you, and if someone reported you it only last's a week or so. But if i is because Facebook it adding or rebooting it only last's 2 day's or so.

If your Facebook is blocked then that means someone has reported you 3 times. If not, or for whatever reason you have been blocked from Facebook, but because you're blocked you can not log in to diactivate your account. So you'll have to get another e-mail address and make a new Facebook account with that, then add all your old friends.
i don't think it will let you friend someone that has blocked you
If you really want to know why your boyfriend blocked you on Facebook, is to ask him. He's the only one who knows the real reason.
"Stealing" someone's Facebook account would violate Facebook's terms of agreement. Your IP adress could be tracked and you can be blocked from Facebook and legal action be taken against you.
