Easy!

You take an empty water bottle

Fill it with HOT water

Lay down on couch/bed

Lay it on your tummy (or where ever you cramps hurt the worse)

Leave it on there for about an hour or more.

Cramps should die down!

Try it! I really does work!

CAUTION: Don't burn yourself!

Drink lots of water, excersise, and go poop.... pretty simple. Midol always helped too!
