There is no way to do this directly on facebook, you have to right click the image and save it to your computer then upload it onto your account you can do it directly on face book by going to the persons profile. click on photos and under the photo you want press "tag this photo". then tag yourself. after your done with that go to your wall and go into the picture and press " make profile picture". after you crop it your done

To change a profile picture, you need to connect to facebook. If you are already connected, your profile picture changes if you change you facebook profile picture. To connect with facebook, you can go to "my settings" to left in the blue toolbar or use the wrench in the top right corner and press the facebook icon.
