There is no way to do this directly on facebook, you have to right click the image and save it to your computer then upload it onto your account
you can do it directly on face book by going to the persons profile. click on photos and under the photo you want press "tag this photo". then tag yourself. after your done with that go to your wall and go into the picture and press " make profile picture". after you crop it your done

If you put them on you can delete them by pressing the delete button. if someone else tagged you you can only untag yourself by looking under the picture it will say your name and all you have to do is press untag. But you cant deleted photos out of someone elses albums .
