2-3 hours before your test, start flushing your system (with water, Gatorade, whatever...) When your urine is clear, you will be clean. Take a B-12 to put color back in your urine. It will be bright yellow, so admit you take vitamins daily. Be sure to take the vitamin in time for it to get through your system when you go. (It will take at least an hour - approx). Then just keep drinking a little fluid till you take the test. You are good to go!
BUT - if the test is being sent to a lab - you will be screwed. They will be able to tell that you diluted it and you will automatically be considered dirty. Sucks. It must be against the law to drink water these days, even though it is considered healthy to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. Good luck.
