A person is healthy if they are free of disease, have good energy, good thinking processes and sleep well. They are able to function on a good level with natural eating habits, energy, and normal sleep patterns. Going to see western medical doctors over all, makes people unhealthy because they prescribe chemicals for people to eat and (in USA) are not allowed to heal people with food. People who eat a 90% raw vegetable based diet are perfect examples of healthy people. Eating as nature intended and NOT as the western selling markets have lead people to believe. It does not take a body of government to tell people how, when and what to eat. Clearly this is obvious and undeniably evident by how obese and sick people who eat 'typical American' diets are. Animal based diets WILL and DO cause most of the cancer that people suffer. Leafy greens supply complete spectrum proteins and are easily digested by humans! Animal protein is NOT. I refer you to a book called "The China Study" for complete facts related to healthy people and people dieing from what they eat.
