If you want to lose weight fast, regular exercise is the most helpful thing.
Think good thoughts about your body in whatever condition it is in now. Complement yourself the way you are now. Stay in the constructive way of thinking. Ease your way into healthy habits and with assurance and uplifting, joyful, grateful, thoughts. Eat whole healthy foods and drink much water. Write 3 pages every day in a journal and fill the first page with grateful thoughts about your change and another page of desires that you have for your body shape goals. Write a page about what you will do to get yourself there. Only proceed with what is a small step for today, you don't want to take such drastic steps that you give up on the whole plan. Move in the correct direction steadily and consistently. What else can you do to move you towards your ideal? * eat 6 times a day * stop eating meat * stop eating fried food * exercise daily * keep a food journal of what you eat and how it helps you achieve your goals * get body wraps that you can use to get the results you want
go to weight watchers (:
I lost 10 lbs every week
she could lose about 2 lbs a week, that would be a healthy weight loss/
around 60 or 70 depending on how the amount of lbs you have on it
While a diet plan and losing weight is good, I would not recommend trying to lose weight that fast. 20 lbs in 1 month is really fast and you shouldn't try to lose more weight than 2 lbs a week.
10 lbs in 3 days
There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
It goes 45 I clocked it. ~now my anwser~ No no no i got a ttr 125 and with a 165 lbs adult it goes 55mph a kid around 80+lbs it goes 60 to 65 it dose go 60 to 65
60 kg = 132.2773 lbs The formula to convert kg to lbs 60 kg* 2.2046 lbs 1 kg = 132.2773573 lbs
You can't lose weight this fast healthily. One pound a week is considered achievable. See a doctor or health professional.
60 kilograms = 132.3 (Imperial) pounds.
Most probably not. Two months is about 60 Days. 50 lbs@60 Days is almost one Pound a day. That is not a realistic or sustainable loss rate.
