The Diet-

Taking all the tech out of it, what you need to do is eat smaller portions using smart choices. Smart choices preferably not fried, include, lean meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. Drink water and stay away from anything sweet, natural or manufactured. Tea or coffee is fine but unsweetened or at least very little sweetener. Again I remind you smaller portions. Plain and simple that's it for the diet.

Exercise -

Taking all the tech out of it, the faster you move the more calories you will burn. The more calories you burn, the more weight you will lose especially using the diet I mentioned. Use your head and do some type of exercise that will have you moving quick. If you get very little exercise, please just do a short time to start. Even 30 seconds at a time every couple of hours is better than nothing if you haven't been getting any exercise at all. The thing is to add to it daily. If you can get outside it could be fast walking, jogging, or a mixture of both. Inside it could be something like jumping jacks if you can, anything jumping is great or running on the spot. Just use your head and get your body in motion even if it is for very short periods of time. Plain and simple that's it for exercise.

You don't have to be a fitness fanatic to look great but some type of exercise that has your body moving quickly even for short periods of time will help with your muscle tone and mobility for years to come.
